World Marketing Acquires AMS
Response Creates one of the largest direct mail companies in Southern California market June 26, 2006 World Marketing, a premier provider of integrated direct marketing solutions for Fortune 1000 companies nationwide, today announced its acquisition of AMS Response, creating one of the largest direct marketing companies in the Southern California market. World Marketing develops and delivers turnkey strategic and production services including: lettershop and fulfillment services, database, analytics and creative. AMS operations and staff will be merged into the recently completed World Marketing facility located in LaMirada, California. The acquisition is the latest move by World Marketing to increase the scale of its capabilities to meet the needs of its growing customer base. Earlier this year, World Marketing completed it acquisition of MBS, a leading database marketing company.
