Rick Pane - EVP, Finance and Administration
While overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, human resources, investor relations, risk management and acquisitions/divestitures, Rick also plays an integral part in the company's strategic planning and long-term operating structure. Since 2002, he has identified, negotiated and completed numerous strategic acquisitions and has played a key role in their integration into the World Marketing network. He currently leads the ongoing staff development and training initiatives to meet our clients' challenging needs. Additionally, Rick is active in the industry as a speaker and is a recently elected Board Member of the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA) where he led the successful retooling of their Performance Profiles.
